Fullerton College celebrated the grand reopening of Building 300, home to the Division of Business and Computer Information Systems (CIS). A historic renovation project, Building 300 dates back to 1937 and today, stands strong as a cornerstone of Hornet history, innovation and legacy.
On a warm, blue-skied Southern California morning, community leaders and environmental advocates gathered at Ralph B. Clark Regional Park in Buena Park to celebrate the planting of 40 new trees—an effort aimed at strengthening and diversifying the park’s urban forest.
The Jazz Night Annual Ball and fundraiser is set for Saturday, April 29, beginning at 6 PM, at The Pacific Club in Newport Beach. Entertainment will be courtesy of talented vocalist Mel Collins, a star in the mold of yesteryear’s jazz greats. Accompanying her will be the swinging’ big sounds of the D. Benjamin Big Band led by her musical director Duane Benjamin.
